In my opinion, one of the most important dishes on the festive table is an appetizer. It is this food that sets the tone for the rest of the holiday, is a kind of first impression of the culinary skills of the hostess. One of my favorite recipes for this kind of snack is a zucchini snack, which I will tell you about now. We begin the preparation of this dish by cutting the peeled onion into thin half rings. Carrots are cleaned and grated on a medium grater. Then we cut the skin from the squash, peel it from the seeds and grate it on a coarse grater. After that, fry the onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden, then add the prepared carrots and fry as well. Then add zucchini to the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, mix well and simmer the mass without a lid. A little later, add the pasta, finely chopped garlic and simmer the whole mixture for about 5-7 minutes. After this time, remove the finished snack from the fire, add the chopped greens and serve to the table.
