This culinary recipe couscous with chicken, I tried at a friend's birthday party. Taking the recipe from him, his mother cooked it amazingly delicious. This is Arabic cuisine. And this food is prepared in this way: it is necessary to pour raisins with wine vinegar and leave for 20 minutes. Pepper should be baked in the oven. Place it in a polyethylene bag for about five minutes, then peel and remove the seeds. Cut into cubes 300 gr. couscous, pour boiling water and cook on the stove for two minutes, add 1 tbsp. l. oil. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes, and then put them in a sieve to get rid of excess juice. Chop the shallots. Pour oil into a hot frying pan, put the onion for 1 minute. Then, chicken fillet, diced, should be put on top of the onion. Fry the chicken, each side for ten minutes. Fried chicken should be peppered, salted, cut into pieces. For the marinade: mix tomatoes with raisins, as well as with peppers, parsley, pour, pour 3 tablespoons of nut and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Put the finished marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In a bowl, mix couscous with chicken pieces and marinade. So the couscous dish with chicken is ready. Bon appetit!
