Rinse the beans in cold water and soak overnight.

Wash the vegetables, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the pepper into small pieces, chop the tomatoes, onion and garlic in a blender.

Prepare everything for the marinade

Put tomato-onion-garlic sauce in a saucepan, add pepper and carrots, oil, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Step 7:
Put the beans in the boiling mass, mix well and bring to a boil again.
Step 8:
From the moment of boiling, cook for 30 minutes. At the very end of cooking, in 3 minutes, add vinegar, mix and bring to readiness.
Step 9:
Spread out in warmed jars, cover with lids, turn over, wrap and let cool. That's it. The delicious salad is ready.
