Somehow I look – the zucchini are lying, I forgot about them. After all, I'm tired of frying them and making pancakes. Meanwhile, I remember how in winter or rainy autumn I would like at least a piece of this summer - delicious and healthy for us. I was thinking, thinking – what to add to the zucchini from all the autumn variety and remembered one culinary recipe. I think everyone will like this food. Especially when the white flies whirl in the dance…
So, zucchini salad!
Mix and boil water with sugar, salt, tomato paste, oil and vinegar. When all this boils, we put the zucchini here, which we cut into cubes in advance. We put the pan on the fire again, now for 10 minutes. Now, having cut into half rings, add the Bulgarian pepper. And we cook our dish for another 10 minutes. We will cook all this for the same amount, add onions cut into rings here. And now it's the turn of tomatoes. After cutting them into slices and putting them with the rest of the ingredients, simmer the dish over low heat for half an hour. And ten minutes before the end of cooking, put the parsley, chopped finely, in a saucepan.
And in the meantime, the court and the case, do not forget to prepare the cans to cook – sterilizing them and caps. When the salad is ready, we will put it right there, hot, in cans. Immediately and seal the jars, turning them over and putting them in a warm place to cool down. By the way, from such a number of ingredients comes 6 cans of 700 gr. I strongly recommend to try it. So delicious and healthy!
Let me remind you that zucchini, cooked skillfully, is not just delicious. They contain a lot of useful properties. For example, I did not know that its juice is an excellent remedy for calming the nervous system, and a decoction of its flowers is for healing wounds on the skin. Zucchini, plus everything, satisfy hunger well. They contain a lot of potassium and useful trace elements.
And this fruit also helps to remove excess fluid from the body, and therefore are very useful for diseases of the heart and blood vessels, kidneys, as well as gout and obesity.
