Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for a mini pizza cooked at home. The ingredients for creating pizza can be changed and selected according to your taste and the availability of products at home, most importantly, the presence of a loaf – the basis of a mini pizza. The loaf does not necessarily have to be fresh, yesterday's dried-up one will also work, it will be easier to cut it into thin pieces without crumbling into crumbs.
Step 2:
Any loaf can be used: wide, narrow, baguette, the narrower the loaf, the smaller the pizza size will be. We spread the cooked pieces of the loaf on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Step 3:
As a spread on the pizza base, it is better to use ketchup, it can be replaced with tomato paste if desired, and mayonnaise. Mix them in a bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. To taste, you can add salt and ground black pepper, but as a rule, all the ingredients of pizza contain enough of these spices.
Step 4:
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into thin rings.
Step 5:
You can use any sausage: boiled, smoked or ham. Cut it into small cubes or thin strips.
Step 6:
Hard cheese is also suitable for any variety to taste. Rub it on a fine grater.
Step 7:
Spread the pieces of the loaf with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. We lay out the circles of onions on top.
Step 8:
Then cubes of boiled sausage. If desired, those who like such additives can put a few small cubes of pickled cucumber or olives.
Step 9:
And sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
Step 10:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake mini pizzas for about 15 minutes. We take them out of the oven and serve them hot with tea, coffee or other drinks at will. Bon appetit!
