Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. The legs for this recipe are suitable both chilled and frozen. Thanks to the sauce, they will become soft and tender in any case. Frozen legs need to be thawed beforehand (preferably on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator). Wash the shins, dry them with paper towels.
Step 2:
Prepare the sauce. In a deep container, combine honey, mustard, vegetable oil, lemon juice, paprika and salt.
Step 3:
Whisk until smooth. If the honey is not liquid, it's okay, it will disperse during whipping. Or you can warm up the honey a little.
Step 4:
Put the chicken legs in the resulting sauce and mix well so that the sauce is evenly distributed over the chicken. Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5:
Put the legs in a baking dish and pour the rest of the sauce on top.
Step 6:
Bake in preheated to 200°In the oven for about 40 minutes. During baking, periodically turn the legs over and pour the sauce from the bottom of the mold. The finished legs will be browned from above, when pierced with a knife, transparent juice will flow out. remove the finished legs from the oven and serve with any side dish.
Mustard for this recipe can be taken Russian or Dijon, in any case it will be delicious.
In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
