Step 1:
How to make turkey with cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Cut the turkey fillet into portions across the fibers. Take any cheese at your discretion, the main thing is that it can be easily grated. Cheese will give the turkey meat the main taste.
Step 2:
Sprinkle the prepared pieces of meat with salt and spices. Add paprika and fragrant dried herbs. As herbs, you can use ready-made kits or take one thing, for example, dried basil or oregano. Rub the spices into the meat and coat it on all sides with vegetable oil. This will prevent it from drying out when baking. If there is time, you can let the meat lie down a little so that it is slightly pickled and soaked in the aroma of spices.
Step 3:
Place each piece of fillet on a separate sheet of foil.
Step 4:
Wrap the foil around a piece of meat in the form of a boat.
Step 5:
Grate the prepared cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle it liberally on each piece of fillet in the boat.
Step 6:
Put the foil boats on a baking sheet and put them in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 25-35 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 7:
The finished dish will become an appetizing golden color. The cheese will brown a little. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Turkey fillet with cheese can be served to the table immediately in boats or put on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
