Let's prepare the ingredients for this dessert. In addition to apples and sour cream, stated in the name of the delicacy, prunes, dried apricots and other dried fruits can be added to the ingredients. Prunes or other dried fruits that will be used for filling, thoroughly washed under running water, put in a bowl, pour boiling water and leave for a few minutes so that they swell. Then we finely chop them with a knife.

We put the apples in a baking dish. Each apple is stuffed with chopped prunes and dried apricots. Those who like sweet desserts can sprinkle a little sugar on top. Spoon sour cream into each apple on top. To prevent the mold from getting dirty with the resulting sweet sauce, it is better to cover it with parchment.
