Step 1:
How to make bread on whey in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Heat the serum to a warm state. In a warm environment, yeast will begin its work more actively. Sift the flour through a sieve in advance to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to sifting, the dough will be softer and more lush. Sour cream I have 15% fat content.
Step 2:
To prepare the dough, take a spacious bowl so that it is convenient to knead the dough in it. Pour the warm serum into the bowl. Add sugar and dry yeast. Mix so that the sugar and yeast dissolve.
Step 3:
Add sour cream to the bowl. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Add salt and gradually adding the sifted flour, start kneading the dough. At first it is convenient to do it with a whisk. Then take a wooden spatula. When the dough becomes denser, continue to knead it with your hands. Flour may need a little more or less than indicated in the recipe. Orient by its consistency.
Step 5:
The finished dough is soft and does not stick to your hands. Roll it into a ball and leave it in the bowl. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours so that it fits.
Step 6:
In the heat, the dough is great. Knead the dough.

Remove the dough from the bowl and stretch it into a rectangle with your hands.

Step 9:
Grease the bread pan with vegetable oil and put the dough into it. Brush the dough with whey or milk on top. Leave to stand for 10-20 minutes.
Step 10:
Don't wait for the dough to reach the edges of the mold. It will rise even more in the oven. Put the bread in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
Step 11:
The finished bread will turn golden in color, and an appetizing aroma will spread through the kitchen. Remove the finished bread from the mold, wrap it in a towel and cool it. Bon appetit!
Dry yeast can be replaced with fresh pressed yeast, based on the proportion of 1:3. That is, for 1 gram of dry yeast required by the recipe, you need to take 3 grams of fresh.
