Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make minced meat nests with cheese and mushrooms in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. To prepare nests, you can use any kind of minced meat or take an assortment of several types. I'm going to cook with minced pork. As a mushroom filling, I have forest mushrooms. they were boiled and frozen. If necessary, it is enough to simply defrost them. Choose any cheese to your liking.
Step 2:
Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms smaller as well. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the mushrooms with onions for a few minutes. During frying, the onion will become softer. the liquid will evaporate from the mushrooms and they will start to fry a little. Add a little salt to the mushrooms.
Step 3:
Mix minced meat with salt and spices and beat it against the bottom of the bowl so that it becomes denser.
Step 4:
From the prepared minced meat, make small balls. Press them into a flat cake and make a small depression in the center so that it looks like a small nest.
Step 5:
Put some grated cheese in the center of each nest.
Step 6:
Then fill the nests with mushroom filling. Lay her down tighter.
Step 7:
Brush the top of the nests with mayonnaise and place in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
Step 8:
After the specified time, remove the mold from the oven. Put chopped tomatoes on each nest and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Return the mold back to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 9:
During this time, the tomatoes will have time to bake a little and become softer. The cheese will melt completely. Remove the mold from the oven and transfer the meat nests to a plate and serve hot! Bon appetit!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting

Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
