First of all, I wash the potatoes well and boil them in a uniform for 15 minutes, almost until they are ready, so that it is faster, it is better to take medium-sized potatoes

And while the potatoes are cooking, prepare garlic sauce - mix sour cream and mayonnaise. Of course, you can take one thing - either sour cream or mayonnaise, but I really like their combination

Pass garlic through the press and add dried basil (or other favorite aromatic herbs)

Finely chop the dill and add it to the sauce
Step 6:
Then three cheese, add most of it to the sauce and leave a little cheese to sprinkle on top

Mix well - and the delicious garlic sauce is ready!

Meanwhile, the potatoes are cooked

We clean it and cut it coarsely (into 2-4 parts), shift its baking dish (I have a non-stick form and I did not lubricate it with anything in addition)
