Step 1:
Cut off excess fat from the leg of mutton.

Garlic is peeled and cut into plates.

Bake the leg for 15 minutes in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees, then reduce the heating to 180 degrees. We calculate the remaining baking time based on the proportions - 20 minutes per kilogram. In my case, it's 70 minutes. Take the meat out of the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes. Drain the sauce that has accumulated in the sleeve. Filter it and fill the sauce pan. Then we cut the meat, put it on plates and pour the sauce over it. Enjoy your meal!
