Step 1:

Wash buckwheat very well under running cold water several times to wash and remove debris, bad seeds or other foreign impurities.
Step 3:
Pour water into the selected pan. If you use cold water, then it should be brought to a boil and put the washed buckwheat into it. If you are already using boiling water, then putting a pot of water on the fire, immediately put the washed cereal. As soon as the buckwheat boils, add salt to it and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat under the lid, without disturbing it.
Step 4:
After the specified time, turn off the heating, add butter to the porridge, mix. Cover the pan with a lid and put it in a warm place (or wrap it in something warm) for 15 minutes so that the porridge is infused.
Step 5:
Serve buckwheat hot. This is already a delicious fragrant porridge that can be served as an independent dish. For a full lunch or dinner, such a side dish can be offered to meat, chicken, semi-finished products, as well as add milk, sugar. Such buckwheat the next day can be used to make casseroles, bread, pancakes, etc.
