Cooking method
Peel, wash, dry and rub the duck with spices inside and out.
Wash the apples, cut into pieces or slices (I like to grate them on a grater for laying in a duck). And put some of the fruit inside the duck.
Take the duck house, put another part of the apples already cut into slices or cubes on the bottom. Put the duck on top. Pour a bottle of light beer, close the lid and put it in a preheated oven for 200C for one hour. Then remove the lid and bake the duck for another 30 minutes.
Please note that the apples in this dish, the ones that are laid out at the bottom of the duck house, are not for food, they are for flavor. Therefore, after cooking, it is best to throw them away.
