Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake zucchini with sausage, cheese and tomatoes in the oven? Prepare everything you need for this. Wash the zucchini and tomatoes well from dirt. Take any cheese, but so that it rubs well on a grater.
Step 2:
I have a young squash. The peel is soft, and the seeds have not yet had time to ripen. Cut the zucchini into circles, about 2 cm thick.
Step 3:
For baking, you can use any heat-resistant mold - glass, metal or ceramic. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil and lay out the sliced circles of zucchini. Add a little salt to them.
Step 4:
Grate sausage and cheese on a coarse grater. Add mayonnaise to them and mix everything together. Leave a little grated cheese aside.
Step 5:
Spread the sausage and cheese evenly on the circles of zucchini.
Step 6:
Cut tomatoes into slices and arrange them into zucchini. And sprinkle grated cheese on the tomatoes. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven. A certain amount of juice will appear from the zucchini, which will evaporate almost completely when baking. The courgettes themselves will become softer. The cheese will melt and brown a little.
Step 7:
Remove the finished zucchini from the oven, transfer to a dish and serve to the table!
Step 8:
Very tasty hot! Enjoy your meal!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
Tomatoes choose juicy, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
