Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, beat in the eggs, put sugar, vanilla.
Pour semolina into the curd mass and put dried fruits.
Spread out the pita bread (you can sprinkle it with water to return the softness), and on top of it - the filling.
Roll up into a tight roll and put in a greased mold.
Lavash with cottage cheese should lie close to the other.
Beat all the filling ingredients and pour over the pita bread.
