Cooking method
1. Rinse pork ribs in cold water and blot with a paper towel. Remove excess fat and film.
2. Mix the spices: paprika, lemon pepper, garlic, cumin, salt and mix everything.
The baking tray on which we will bake pork, cover first with foil, then put baking paper on top of the foil.
3. Put pork ribs on baking paper and rub with dry seasoning on both sides.
Wrap the ribs tightly first in paper, then in foil.
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C and put a baking tray with ribs to bake for 2 hours.
4. To prepare the sauce: mix ketchup, mustard, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and the prepared spice mixture. Mix everything well.
5. After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the oven, open, remove excess foil and baking paper, grease the ribs with prepared sauce.
6. Put the greased ribs in the oven, the temperature is 175 ° C, for another 15 minutes and turn on the grill function. If there is no grill, just put the baking tray higher, for better baking.
