Cooking method
1. Wash the ribs, dry them, cut them into portions, put them in a suitable bowl. 
2.Sprinkle the ribs with salt and ground black pepper, pour soy sauce and melon juice, a little lemon juice and sunflower oil, add sumac.
3. Mix everything thoroughly, leave to marinate overnight. 
4. We put the pickled ribs in a baking sleeve, fasten the ends, place the bundle in a mold or on a baking sheet and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for one hour.
Serve hot on the table, adding any side dish to taste.
