Cooking method
Be in a good mood and start cooking:
- peel the shrimp;
- wash the parsley, dry it with a paper towel, chop it as small as possible with a knife;
- peel the garlic, pass it through the press;
- pour breadcrumbs into a bowl, add chopped parsley, garlic mush, salt, mix;
- break the chicken eggs into the resulting mixture, mix;
- grease the baking dish with olive oil, lay out the resulting bread mixture, and place the shrimp on top of it nicely, pressing them down a little with your fingers to immerse part of the crumbs and dill mixture;
- pour the remaining olive oil over the dish and send the mold to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees;
- bake the shrimp for 20 minutes, then serve immediately.
