Step 1:
Let's prepare the products for cooking the recipe. Defrost the capelin, clean the intestines and gills, rinse thoroughly in cold water. Onions, carrots and potatoes will be cleaned, washed.
Step 2:
Cut carrots into circles. Cut the potatoes into semicircles or circles (if the potatoes are elongated).
Step 3:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 4:
Boil potatoes and carrots 8-10 minutes in water. Then we drain the water.

Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil and spread the chopped onion.

In a bowl, mix capelin with salt, pepper, turmeric.

Spread the seasoned capelin on the vegetables. Pour 30 ml of water. We put the baking dish in the oven, preheated to 175-180 ° C.
