Baked Chicken Wings with Garlic and Ginger
Fragrant, crispy wings in a knockout marinade. The recipe is simple, tasty, and easy — and while the whole thing takes 3–4 hours, you're only actually working for about 30 minutes of that. I found this recipe ages ago and don't even remember where. After a lot of trial and error, I dialed in the version that's perfect for my family's taste. Now I make these wings at least twice a week. I never used to eat wings at all — now I do. And since I changed the recipe so much, I've claimed it as my own and named it after my beloved husband, Andryusha.
