Step-by-step cooking
Apples need to be washed and the core removed. It is better to do this with a special device and at a minimum. It must be removed very carefully so as not to accidentally break through the "bottom" of the apple. I also make "serpentine notches" for beauty, but this is not necessary.
Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Distribute the filling over the apples.
Put the apples in the mold. Pour a glass of water here. Cover the form from above with foil, securing it at the edges. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180C.
If the baked apples in the oven are not soft enough (it depends on the variety), remove the foil and put them to bake for a while longer.
