Step-by-step cooking
I don't know about you, but personally I don't really like fresh pineapple. To me, its taste seems somehow "unfinished", or something. But since pineapples are generally very healthy, I try to cook them in a different way. For example, pineapples are very tasty with pork. Rather, pork is delicious with pineapples)) In general, my cooking recipe will appeal to those people who, like me, do not really like fresh pineapples.
This baked pineapple can be used as a wonderful snack for alcoholic beverages. Especially to such purely "feminine" drinks: champagne, liqueur.
You need to peel the pineapple, then cut it into portions, you can cut it into rings. The thickness of each ringlet should be about one centimeter. After laying pineapple rings on a baking sheet, sprinkle with rum and vinegar on top. And let stand for about seven minutes.
After smearing pineapples with sour cream, sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven, too, for about seven minutes.
Can be served warm and cold. It will still be delicious.
Yes, and you can put more sugar to make it sweeter. Although pineapples still remain sweet.
