When I read the name of the cheese in the recipe - Cottage cheese, I was scared. Not only that, I do not know what kind of cheese it is. But how can this culinary recipe, which so beckons with its originality, be turned into reality? After all, Finnish food is not just delicious, but also interesting – because the cuisine is unfamiliar and therefore so attractive. Therefore, having searched well on the Internet for information about Cottage cheese, I decided to cook this Cheese in the oven (Uunijuusto).

It turns out that the cottage cheese is just a liquid cheese-cottage cheese, cooked at home. In principle, it is delicious in itself. And if you include it in the composition of a cheese dish, it turns out such a yummy! First, let's repeat, cheese in the oven (Uunijuusto) is delicious and fast. Secondly, it is useful! Thirdly, it can be prepared both for a light snack and as a pleasant dessert. Especially if you add some nice sweets to it. And also a great wine with crackers, or crackers with fresh baguette. Of course, you can't do without fruit

So, we're cooking! Do not promise anything to your family! Both the mouth-watering aromas coming from the kitchen and the luxurious taste of the dish served on your table will tell about everything for you.

First, whisk the eggs with cottage cheese, as well as vanilla, sugar and cream. Then we add our hitherto unknown Cottage cheese with toasted nuts. Knead the resulting mass very carefully. Prepare the dishes for baking, grease it with oil and pour the future dessert.

Now – the mold in the oven, preheated to 200C. Bake this dessert for 35 - 40 minutes.

Have your family been waiting for you? Hurry up and serve them this casserole! Don't forget to serve jam, berries, ice cream, vanilla cream, etc.

By the way, it's awesome tender and delicious with ice cream. And if you also add nuts…

Bon appetit!
