Step 1:

Pour in vegetable oil and kefir. Mix again. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Leave the bowl with the dough on the table at room temperature for 10 minutes. While the dough is standing, you can optionally prepare the filling for the pie: dried fruits, candied fruits, pieces of fruit, nuts or berries, rinse, dry, cut. Or do not add anything, and then ready to lubricate with cream or glaze, decorate with powdered sugar, berries.
Step 5:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The baking dish is covered with parchment or lubricated with butter. Mix the dough again in a bowl and pour it into a mold. Put the pie in the oven for 40 minutes. The baking time depends on the operation of the oven, the size of the shape and the volume of the pie.
Step 6:
The pie should turn brown and get a golden brown crust on top. The readiness of the pie can be checked with a wooden toothpick, at the exit it should be dry.
Step 7:
Take the cake out of the mold, let it cool down a little and serve it to the table with tea, coffee or milk, sprinkled with powdered sugar or sprinkled with sweet berry syrup. Have a nice tea party!
