Step 1:
To make delicious cereal bars, you will need oat flakes. You can take any, fast cooking or not does not matter much. Pour the oatmeal into a large, convenient bowl.
Step 2:
Bananas need to be cleaned, the pulp crushed with a potato masher or just a fork in mashed potatoes. It is not necessary that it be perfectly homogeneous, let small pieces come across. In total, I got 300 g of banana puree. Gently add it to the oat flakes in a bowl. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Now it's the turn of delicious fillers: nuts, seeds, dried fruits. You can take the minimum specified set of seeds, raisins and walnuts, or you can not limit yourself and replace some of these ingredients with other nuts, other dried fruits, you can add a little sesame, flax seeds, bran, ... Mix the resulting mass.
Step 4:
Apples need to be washed, cut into four parts, cut the skin and remove the core. The pulp itself is rubbed on a coarse grater. Add to the total mass. Gently mix. Do not forget the magic of spices and spices. This is not necessary, but still the taste of the finished dish will sparkle with new colors. In such cereal bars, you can put a little grated nutmeg, ground ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, a little cardamom.
Step 5:
Put the finished mass on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper of good quality (so that the mass does not stick), smooth and slightly compact the mass of oat flakes. It is very convenient to do this with clean hands. The thickness of the layer is about 7 mm. Place the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake the future bars for about 30 minutes. While still hot, cut them into strips of the desired size. Cool it down.
