Interesting recipe:
1. Place the flakes, seeds, chopped nuts and raisins in a deep bowl.
2. Cut the dried apricots and dates (pitted) into small pieces. Add to the mix of flakes and seeds.
3. Blend fresh berries (blackberries, strawberries) in a blender.
4. Coarsely grate the apple and mix it with the berry purée.
5. Combine the berry-and-fruit mix with the dry ingredients.
6. Put butter and honey in a saucepan. Warm to a syrupy state (don't boil!).
7. Combine the syrup with the main mixture. Stir it together.
8. Line a baking dish with parchment.
9. Spread out and carefully press down the prepared mass.
10. Bake for about half an hour at 150°C until golden.
11. Take the product out of the oven. Let it cool a little.
12. Pour melted chocolate over it. Decorate as you like.
13. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
14. Cut the finished slab into convenient bars.
