Cooking method
In a bowl, mix 8 tablespoons of vegetable oil and brine, add 80 gr. sugar, a third of a teaspoon of soda, a glass of flour without a top (150 gr.). The dough should be thick (so that the spoon stands).
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the dough with a teaspoon on lightly greased parchment (I baked on a silicone mat, it does not need to be greased). We spread the blanks at a distance from each other, since the cookies increase greatly and spread out during the baking process. Sprinkle sugar on top of the blanks. Bake for 8-12 minutes until browning. From this portion of dough I got 18 delicious cookies.
