Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make hot sandwiches with tomato, loaf, cheese and garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. It is more convenient to use a sliced loaf. Choose the cheese to your taste. The main thing is that it can be easily grated and that it melts well.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, grate the cheese on a medium or fine grater. Peel the garlic from the husk and pass it through the press immediately to the cheese. Add a little mayonnaise. Mix all the ingredients. Do not add extra mayonnaise, so that when baking it does not start to flow.
Step 3:
Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil a little. you can do without it, but in this case, the loaf will dry up a little from below. When the baking sheet is greased with oil, the loaf will be browned from below and the sandwiches will turn out like on toast. Spread the cheese filling evenly over a piece of loaf. Spread the loaf on a baking sheet.
Step 4:
Place tomatoes, cut into slices, on each piece and lightly sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the sandwiches in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 5:
The finished sandwiches will be lightly browned from the bottom. The cheese will have time to warm up and melt. remove them from the oven and serve them hot. Bon appetit!
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
