Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 20 min

First you need to pour the raisins with rum and set aside for 60 minutes.

10 minutes before the end of the time allocated for infusing raisins, you can prepare the dough:

- stir the yeast with powdered sugar and melted milk to a homogeneous consistency;

- knead soft dough from beaten egg, flour and milk-yeast mixture;

- knead the melted butter into the dough;

- add raisins and stir thoroughly;

- put it on for 40 minutes in a warm place.

Now you need to lubricate the baking molds with butter, fill each mold with dough for 2/3 of the volume, leave it to come up again in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

While the rum woman is baking, you should prepare the impregnation for pouring: to do this, cook the syrup from sugar and water, let it cool down a little and add rum to it.

We also prepare fudge. Put sugar in a saucepan, pour out the water and heat the syrup over medium heat to a "soft ball" (drop a little syrup into cold water and touch the resulting ball). Add citric acid, mix. Now the saucepan needs to be immersed in a pre-prepared container with cold water. The syrup has cooled down - mix it until it is snow-white. It is necessary that it has the consistency of thick sour cream.

Put the finished buns on the grill, pour the impregnation and lubricate with fudge (if it has time to freeze, it can be warmed up).

Serve the delicacy to tea in a cooled form.

Bon appetit!
