Cook the milk rice porridge. Use a slow cooker, cook in the "Milk porridge" mode.
Step 3:
Put all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and knead the dough in the "Dough" mode, the cooking time is 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Roll the dough into a ball, place it in a film or a deep dish with a lid and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Step 5:
Peel the boiled eggs, chop them finely and mix with milk rice porridge and herbs.
Step 6:
Roll out the dough into a 3 mm thick layer and cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm (approximately).
Step 7:
Place 1 tbsp of filling in the center of each circle of dough, pinch the edges, leaving the filling open.
Step 8
Bake Karelian pies in a preheated oven to 200C for 15-20 minutes.
Step 9:
Cut the trout into thin slices and decorate the surface of each patty. Serve hot.
