Step 1:
Pour the semolina with kefir and leave at room temperature for about an hour so that the semolina swells.
Step 2:
Add soft butter, a little salt, mix.
Step 3:
Add sugar. Mix it up. Add flour. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes and add to the dough. Add baking powder. Mix it up.
Step 5:
Put the dough in a form lined with parchment paper and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Step 6:
Bake for 45-55 minutes. The finished mannikin must be removed and cooled.
