Put the chicken on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake in a preheated 200 gr. oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
Cut the chicken into thin plates.
Chop and fry onion and pepper in olive oil. Vegetables should be browned.
Put fried vegetables, chicken on tortillas, guacamole, coriander greens, sour cream on top.
Roll up into a roll or a tube.
Ready-made fajitas are served with guacamole.
