Step 1:

Put the jar in a suitable container for pasteurization, put a cloth lining on the bottom and boil a large jar for 20 minutes. And 15 minutes will be enough for small jars.

Seal the lids tightly.

Put the finished jars with the lids down on a thick rug and wrap them with a blanket. Leave to cool completely.
Step 13:
We got amazingly delicious tomatoes! In winter, the treat will just lick your fingers. Tomatoes cooked in this way retain their integrity and resemble the taste of fresh vegetables.
