Raspberries with sugar with cooking for the winter

Unusual raspberry jam for winter! Today we will prepare an unusual jam. We will have it with such a component as a gelfix. Gelfix contains pectin and citric acid. Pectin is a natural thickener. Due to its properties, jam thickening occurs faster, so the time for heat treatment is reduced - only 10 minutes is enough. The jam turns out to be very tasty, healthy and rich.
