Cooking method
1. Rub the softened butter with sugar. In the process, add sour cream and eggs (in portions). If the oil is stratified, add a spoonful of flour from the total volume. Be sure to sift.
2. Mix the remaining flour with baking powder and add portions to the sour cream mixture. Add a little coarse salt - it will pleasantly shade the sweetness of the cookies. Knead the dough.
3. Make 2-3 small tortillas from the dough and put them in the freezer for 15 minutes or just in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm and cut the blanks. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake (about 15 minutes, depending on the oven).
5. Cool the cookies on the grill, lubricate with condensed milk and combine in pairs. Put it in the cold to freeze a little.
Enjoy!
