Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a dessert from oatmeal fruit baskets? Peel the bananas, cut them into small pieces, put them in a bowl and crush them with a fork until pureed.
Step 2:
Add oatmeal to the bananas. It is better to choose instant oat flakes (grade No. 3). Such flakes have the thinnest structure, so they are suitable even for children and people with sensitive stomachs and gastrointestinal diseases. Baskets of such flakes turn out to be very tender and soft.
Step 3:
Add liquid honey, it is better to add floral. It is better to avoid dark varieties of honey (buckwheat, heather, chestnut and others), since such varieties of honey have a rich taste with a spicy bitterness.
Step 4:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl thoroughly until smooth.
Step 5:
Next, you need to prepare the molds. You can use silicone baking pans or Teflon. If the molds are Teflon, then they must be lubricated with a pastry brush with vegetable oil.
Step 6:
Put honey-oatmeal mass into each mold and use a teaspoon to form baskets, form the bottom and sides. Put the baskets in a preheated 180oC oven and bake them for 20 minutes.
Step 7:
Prepare sour cream filling: put sour cream in a bowl, add powdered sugar and mix well. Sour cream can be replaced with natural yogurt with a lower percentage of fat content.
Step 8:
After the time has elapsed, remove the Teflon molds with baked baskets from the oven and cool them. The cooled baskets should be carefully freed from the molds. Fill the baskets with sour cream filling.
Step 9:
Put canned fruits on top of the sour cream filling (I have a tropical cocktail), pour berry syrup and sprinkle with grated bitter chocolate on a fine grater.
Oat flakes are popular with girls who watch their figure, because they contain the necessary slow carbohydrates, and 100 grams of oat flakes contain 18% of the daily protein allowance. In addition, oat flakes are successfully used in modern cooking: they are added to the dough for pastry, cookies, muffins, pancakes and pancakes can be made from oat flakes, oat flakes can also be used for breading fish, vegetables and cutlets. Today I offer a recipe for honey-oat baskets with canned fruits. In the summer season, instead of canned fruits, it is better to choose fresh berries such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.
