Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pasta with mushrooms and chicken in cream sauce? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose champignons in white, without dark spots and without damage. Pasta can be used in any shape. As a chicken fillet, I like to use leg fillet - it is not as dry as, for example, breast fillet. Take cream of any fat content. The higher their fat content, the creamier the taste will be.
Step 2:
Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Rinse and dry the chicken meat. Then cut into small pieces, approximately the same size.
Step 3:
Wash the champignons in running water to wash off the dirt. Then dry them on a paper towel. Cut the washed champignons into pieces.
Step 4:
Take a comfortable, deep frying pan for frying. Heat it to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Put the chopped chicken in a hot frying pan and fry, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5:
Then add the chopped onion and champignons to the chicken in the pan. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then make the fire lower and cover the pan with a lid.
Step 6:
Cook everything under the lid, on low heat, for 15 minutes. During this time, the chicken will be fully cooked, and the mushrooms will fry and decrease in size.
Step 7:
Add cream to the pan. In a separate glass, stir the starch with cold water and pour it into a frying pan. Add chopped garlic, salt and a little spice. Add a little grated cheese. Mix everything and bring to a boil. When heated, the cream sauce will become thicker and the cheese will melt.
Step 8:
While the chicken is fried with mushrooms, in parallel, boil the pasta, according to the instructions on the package. Then throw them into a colander so that excess liquid runs off them.
Step 9:
Mix chicken with mushrooms in cream sauce with boiled pasta.
Step 10:
Arrange the finished dish on plates and sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
Step 11:
Bon appetit!
