3. On the parchment we draw a circle with a diameter of 18-20 centimeters. We make two blanks at once. Lubricate them with butter. The first one is placed on a baking sheet and spread the dough on it (it will take about 3-3.5 tablespoons of dough). We level up, we try not to step out of line.
4. We send it to the oven preheated to 220 degrees. The cake is baked for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, we make another cake. The second two blanks are made with a smaller diameter of 1-1.5 centimeters. Bake cakes. We make two more blanks, respectively, with an even smaller diameter. As a result, we get 9-10 cakes. If you put them in a stack, you will get a pyramid. Trim the finished cakes.
5. Pour the cream into a bowl for a mixer. We also spread boiled condensed milk here. Whisk immediately at minimum power, gradually increasing it to maximum. It turns out a lush mass. Add yogurt to it, whisk for a couple of minutes.
6. Kiwi peel, cut into thin plates. Peel the banana, cut into circles. We smear the cakes with cream and shift them with fruit. We collect the cake. We send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
7. In the meantime, we will prepare Charlotte's cream. Pour the milk into a saucepan. Here we pour sugar. We send it to the fire, bring it to a boil. We give the sugar to dissolve.
8. Beat the chicken egg with an additional yolk until light splendor. Add vanilla and, with constant whipping, pour a thin stream of milk syrup. Cook on low heat until thickened. The mass resembles condensed milk.
9. Pour the cream into a bowl, cover with cling film in contact. Let it cool down. Softened butter for 7 minutes until fluffy. Then we introduce the custard base into the oil, beat it with a mixer. Add fat-soluble food coloring, whisk for another minute.
10. Using a knife, we trim the surface of the cake. We cut off the irregularities. We transfer the cream into a cooking bag, choose a suitable nozzle. We put the cream on the entire surface of the cake.
11. We complete the image of the pig with the help of mastic details: ears, nose, peephole, paws. In principle, here you can come up with your own version of decoration. We leave the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
