1. We put the oil in a cast-iron frying pan, send it to the fire. When the butter melts, pour brown sugar, pour rum, keep on fire for about 5-10 minutes, during which time the sugar should completely dissolve. Pour the caramel into a baking dish, and while it cools down my caramel, cut into thin slices. We spread the resulting asterisks on the caramel.

2. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour ground almonds, baking powder and salt here. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy consistency. Then break the eggs into the resulting cream, whisk again. Add vanilla, Greek yogurt, mix. We introduce dry ingredients into the resulting mass, knead the dough. The dough has a creamy consistency, homogeneous, without lumps.

3. Pour the dough into a form with caramel and carambola, send it to the oven preheated to 170 degrees, bake for one hour, then let it cool in the form for about 15 minutes. Carefully transfer the pie to a large flat dish and serve it on the table.
