This autumn is generous with pears harvest of pears. And here is a very simple, but absolutely amazing recipe for a casserole cake. Fragrant, soft, with a charming taste. I think everyone will like it.

So. Beat 2 eggs with a fork and a pinch of salt. Add cottage cheese and oat flakes, baking powder and sugar. Stir well and set to rest for 30 minutes.

Keep in mind that the success of baking largely depends on the selected products. It is better to buy cottage cheese in briquettes with a fat content of at least 5%. It is more homogeneous and mixes more easily with other ingredients. If you prefer products from the market, then also choose fatty cottage cheese. It should be not only greasy, but also moderately moist and soft, without grains. Oat flakes also differ in their quality characteristics. If you have coarse flakes that take a long time to boil, I advise you to grind them in a blender beforehand. So it will be easier for them to absorb moisture from the curd-egg mass.

After 30 minutes, cut 1 large pear into cubes and mix into the dough. Grease the molds with oil and fill the dough to the brim.

So that the oven has time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).

Put the cottage cheese and oatmeal cupcakes in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

Then check the cupcakes for readiness with a wooden skewer. If the dough does not remain on the skewer when piercing, the cupcakes are ready. Very simple and very tasty!
