Step 1:
Wash the fillet, cut it into small pieces, add dry instant gelatin, Italian herbs, crushed garlic, ground black pepper and salt. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Put the meat in the baking sleeve, tie it with a thread, put it in a tin can, tamp it well. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cook for about 50 minutes, it all depends on your oven. You can put a plate under the jar.
Step 3:
When the ham is ready, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours. The homemade delicacy is ready.
