Pre-defrost puff pastry
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut tomatoes into large rings 5-6mm thick, put them in a mold, pour oil, salt. Put it to bake in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we take it out and let it cool down a little.
Prepare the cheese. Cut into circles 4-5 mm thick.
Roll out the dough, it's better to do it on parchment paper.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, spread on top alternating tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, seasonings. We form the sides and lubricate them with a shaken egg. At the end, pour the tomatoes and cheese with butter.
Lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees. We put it on for 15-20 minutes.
