Baked sea bass with vegetables and herbs

Cooking method
Gut the fish, peel off the scales, remove the gills, rinse and dry. On each carcass on both sides we make 3 diagonal deep incisions. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil.
While preparing the grill (or oven to 180). Peel potatoes and onions, cut potatoes into slices of 1 cm, onion - feathers. Unpeeled garlic is crushed. Take the foil (baking sheet), lay out layers of potatoes, onions and tomatoes on top (it's better to take a large jar), sprinkle with salt, pepper, sprinkle with oil. Lay out the garlic and half of the herbs, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
We take out, remove the foil, put the fish on the vegetables, sprinkle with the remaining herbs, bake, without closing, for 12 minutes.
