Dry jelly cookies

Almost instant cookies with dried cherries and flavors to choose from! Having discovered recipes using dry jelly, it is impossible to stop. After trying out pies and cakes, I opted for cookies. Guests with children were expected and I decided to surprise them with unusual cookies of different shapes. I didn't even have to leave the house for this, not to mention the fact that I cooked a sweet treat in 25 minutes!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

Let's start cooking: beat the egg into a good foam, then add the jelly to it and beat it well again. Then add the other ingredients and mix with a spatula until smooth.

Lightly oil the molds in which you will bake. Put the finished dough into molds and bake in a preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. The readiness of the cookies can be checked with a toothpick or a match.

When baking cookies, focus on your oven: I indicated the time for which the cookies were baked with me, and you may need less or more time.

Have a nice tea party!
