Beat the eggs in a volumetric bowl, add half the norm of sugar, beat with a mixer for 1 minute. Pour semolina and flour combined with baking powder into the foam mixture, mix intensively. Add salt and vanilla sugar to enhance the taste - mix thoroughly again. Add lemon juice, and bring the mixture to a smooth mass. Lubricate the refractory container with oil from the inside and sprinkle with a handful of flour or semolina, pour the dough into it. Put the workpiece in a preheated oven in advance. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
In a saucepan, mix 150 ml of milk with sugar residues, warm over low heat, stirring and leaving no sugar grains. Milk should not be boiled. Turn off the fire.
Pour the remaining 70 ml of milk into the hot liquid, transfer. The fill is ready.
Cool the baked cake without removing it from the mold, generously pour the milk-sugar mixture, wait a little until it is soaked. The finished pie can be served to the table, after sprinkling it (pie) with coconut chips.
