Step 1:
Cut the apples into halves, remove the core and cut into thin slices. The skin should be left, it will give a beautiful color.Put the apples in a frying pan, cover with 4 tablespoons of sugar and caramelize for 5 minutes.Defrosted yeast-free puff pastry put on the surface of the table and cut lengthwise into 6 identical strips about 5 cm wide.
Step 2:
Take one strip of dough and smear it with apricot or peach jam. Place the caramelized apples on top of the dough, so that they protrude slightly over the top edge.
Step 3:
Bend the bottom of the dough and wrap the strip in a tight roll.
Step 4:
Sprinkle the resulting rolls with powdered sugar on top, put them on a baking sheet and send them to the oven. Bake the roses at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes. If after this time the roses are not browned, increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes.
