Step 1:

For dressing, finely chop the anchovies, mix with vinegar. Mix sour cream with mustard, combine sour cream and anchovy mixture. In this salad, anchovy gives a slightly noticeable shade of taste. You can replace this fish with a sprat of spicy salt, or the same herring. And it is also possible to replace anchovy with Thai or Vietnamese fish sauce.
Step 4:
Pour cold water over the finished potatoes and cool completely. Peel and cut into medium slices. Finely chop the pickles (if desired, the peel from the cucumbers can be pre-cut).
Step 5:
Chop the parsley leaves as small as possible. Cut the herring into medium pieces.
Step 6:
Mix all the ingredients with the capers, pour over the dressing and mix. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Let it brew in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours . In the salad, instead of capers, you can put small pickled cucumbers - gherkins, green olives, or banal green peas
