Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut the sausage into thin circles and dry it with a napkin. Defrost the dough, roll it out thinly, cut out a glass of a mug according to the size of the sausage. We fold it as shown in the photo. We cut it.
Step 2:
Form the flowers.
Step 3:
We spread them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 4:
Lubricate with beaten egg yolk.
Step 5:
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes, until golden brown. Have a good baking and bon appetit!
