Step 1:
Grind the oat flakes in a blender. I had some with bran
Step 2:
Add Cinnamon
Step 3:
Cut the apples into pieces and put them in the microwave for 5 minutes until they become soft. Make a puree of them.

Add apples to the dry mixture
Step 5:
Add Kefir
Step 6:
Mix everything
Step 7:
Don't add kefir right away. it may need more, it all depends on the flakes, some absorb a lot of liquid
Step 8:
Spread with a spoon on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper (I didn't have it, I covered it with foil), forming tortillas. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
Step 9:
During the cooking process, they rise, but then they fall
Instead of an apple, you can add a banana, nuts, dried fruits, honey.
